How does Cenforce 100 work?
During sexual stimulation, nerves release nitric oxide in the penis. This helps produce a chemical messenger called cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP). cGMP relaxes smooth muscle in the blood vessels and erectile tissue, allowing more blood to enter the penis.
